Job Description

To coordinate sample development, managing communication with buyers and suppliers, tracking the production schedule, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials and finished products. 

Job Responsibility

• • • Act as a liaison between buyers and the factory, providing updates, submitting samples for approval, and ensuring their requirements are met. 
    • Coordinate and follow up on the development of different samples, including prototypes (proto), development samples, and pre-production (PP) samples, ensuring they meet buyer specifications. 
    • Prepare and manage the T&A calendar to track production milestones, ensuring all activities are completed on time for smooth production flow. 
    • Follow up on the booking, receiving, and delivery of essential raw materials such as yarn, fabrics, and trims to ensure they arrive on time and in the correct quantity. 
    • Monitor daily production reports, track the production status, and provide necessary documents to different departments to keep the production line moving efficiently. 
    • Maintain accurate merchandising files, export documents, and update the buyer database.
