Job Description

The Support Engineer will play a key role in ensuring smooth network operations and providing technical support to customers. This position involves installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, along with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role requires a proactive individual who can respond effectively to customer queries, maintain system reliability, and support the organization’s ISP services.

*Install and configure LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

*Setup and manage switches, routers, VLANs, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.

*Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone/email.

*Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

*Install and troubleshoot MikroTik, Windows, and Linux systems.

*Perform basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting.

*Support GPON network operations (basic knowledge is an added advantage).
