Job Responsibility

• Program Participation: Actively participating in structured rotational training across various functional areas (e.g., operations, marketing, supply chain).
• Performance and Evaluation: Demonstrating high performance across all training areas to aid management in determining your strongest functional fit for final placement.
• Project Execution: Supporting department teams in executing daily tasks and high-priority strategic projects as assigned.
• Learning and Development: Consistently seeking out knowledge, absorbing information from mentors, and participating fully in all training and development sessions.
• Adaptation: Demonstrating a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new challenges and fast-paced business environments.
