Job Responsibility
Provide detailed and accurate information about the institution, including curriculum, fee structures, and related queries, via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission-related activities, applicant information, and enrollment statistics.
Prepare and submit reports and documentation to the school administration and governing bodies.
Organize and conduct admissions-related events, including open houses, orientations, and campus tours for prospective students and families.
Handle financial tasks, including budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Assist with procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
