Job Description

East Delta International School (EDschool) is seeking proactive and dynamic individuals to efficiently manage a range of administrative responsibilities in a multifaceted school environment. Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.

  • Additional professional certifications are preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • International exposure and a global educational perspective.

  • Proficiency in Google Classroom, MS Teams, smart boards, and other edtech tools.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide detailed and accurate information about the institution, including curriculum, fee structures, and related queries, via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission-related activities, applicant information, and enrollment statistics.

  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation to the school administration and governing bodies.

  • Organize and conduct admissions-related events, including open houses, orientations, and campus tours for prospective students and families.

  • Handle financial tasks, including budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and processing invoices, payments, and reimbursements.

  • Assist with procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
