East Delta University (EDU) invites applications from skilled and motivated professionals for the position of Executive: Network Operation Center. This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the university’s network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and system performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently in a fast-paced academic environment.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree/certification in the relevant field from any reputed university/institution.

Experience Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in handling IT operations.

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.

• Age: 24-30 years.

• Skills Required: deploying and maintaining enterprise class computer network; providing L-1 support to the users; methodological problem solving ability, efficient documenting and reporting skill.
